OfferLedger is a web + mobile AI app that helps workers validate job offers and employers before making high-stakes moves. Users upload an offer letter, recruiter emails, and key details (start date, pay, location, benefits). The app runs automated checks: domain and email authentication signals, company registration and web presence consistency, job-post traceability, compensation plausibility by region/role, and red-flag language in contracts. It then produces a simple risk score with a checklist of what to confirm (e.g., payroll provider, manager identity, written contingencies). For legitimate employers, OfferLedger can send a standardized verification request and log responses, creating a time-stamped “verification trail” the user can keep. This is not a magic fraud detector; it’s a structured due-diligence workflow that reduces scams, bait-and-switch, and last-minute rescinded offers by forcing clarity early.
