OfferLens is a web + mobile AI-assisted offer evaluation app that turns messy offer letters and benefits PDFs into a clear, apples-to-apples comparison. Users upload offers, equity grants, and benefits summaries; the app normalizes compensation (base, bonus, RSUs/options, refreshers), estimates after-tax take-home by location, and flags hidden costs (health premiums, 401(k) match rules, vesting cliffs, non-competes, relocation clawbacks). It also scores risk: equity liquidity probability, layoff risk signals (based on public data and user-provided info), and offer “gotchas” using a contract checklist. The output is a single decision dashboard plus a negotiation brief: what to ask for, what’s standard, and which levers matter most for that company and role. Brutal truth: it won’t magically predict stock performance or company stability, but it will prevent common, expensive mistakes and reduce decision anxiety with structured, transparent math.
