OfferLens is a web + mobile app that helps employees validate and negotiate compensation with evidence, not vibes. Users upload an offer letter or comp statement, and the app extracts key components (base, bonus, equity, vesting, benefits, clauses) and converts everything into comparable annualized value. It benchmarks against verified market ranges by role, level, location, and company stage, then flags red lines: below-market base, equity that’s effectively worthless, aggressive clawbacks, non-competes, and misleading “target bonus” language. It generates a negotiation plan with scripts, counter numbers, and trade-off options (more base vs. sign-on vs. refreshers). It also tracks negotiation outcomes anonymously to improve benchmarks. This is not a magic salary generator; it’s a structured, defensible decision tool that reduces costly mistakes when switching jobs.
