Users enter basics (household size, pets, current city, target city, start date) and the app generates a cash-flow plan, a negotiation checklist for relocation benefits, and a risk score (e.g., tight housing market, visa timing, school enrollment windows). It also tracks tasks (lease end, utilities, document changes) and stores receipts for reimbursement. This is not a magic “find you an apartment” tool; it’s a decision and planning layer that prevents people from accepting offers they can’t actually afford or execute on time.
