OfferProof is a mobile + web app (traditional app with light AI) that helps used-car buyers and sellers validate whether an asking price or offer is actually fair for that exact vehicle, in that exact market, right now. Users scan a VIN, enter mileage/trim/condition, and the app pulls recent comparable listings and sold-price signals (where available), then outputs a realistic price band and a negotiation script. It also flags common “price padding” patterns (mandatory add-ons, reconditioning fees, inflated doc fees) and converts them into a clean out-the-door estimate so users can compare apples-to-apples. This is not a magical ‘predict the market’ tool: it’s a transparency tool that reduces wasted time, bad deals, and awkward negotiation. Monetization is a subscription for power users plus per-report purchases for one-off buyers.
