OfferProof helps homebuyers submit stronger, cleaner offers by generating a “buyer credibility packet” that listing agents can trust. The app connects to a buyer’s bank/payroll and (optionally) lender portal to verify funds, income stability, and down payment readiness without exposing sensitive raw documents. It produces a standardized, tamper-evident PDF/link that includes proof-of-funds, pre-approval details, contingency plan, closing timeline, and a simple risk score. Buyers can create multiple offer versions (e.g., with/without appraisal gap, different close dates) and share them with their agent in one tap. Agents get a lightweight dashboard to track which packets were opened and what’s missing before submitting. This is not a Zillow clone; it’s a narrow workflow tool that improves offer acceptance odds and reduces back-and-forth with listing agents.
