OfferProof is a web + mobile AI-assisted app that helps home buyers and their agents craft stronger, more defensible offers and negotiation plans using real local signals. It pulls in comps, days-on-market, price cuts, listing agent patterns, and neighborhood velocity, then turns them into a clear “offer rationale” packet: price range, escalation guidance, contingency trade-offs, and a concise message to the seller/listing agent. It also flags risky tactics (over-aggressive escalation, weak financing optics, appraisal gap mismatch) and suggests alternatives that preserve leverage. The product is not a magic “win every bid” button—markets are competitive and sellers choose certainty—but it reduces avoidable mistakes and helps buyers present cleaner, more credible offers faster. Monetization is per-transaction or agent seat, with optional premium for MLS-integrated data and branded buyer packets.
