OfferProof is a mobile + web AI app that helps car buyers negotiate using verifiable, local evidence instead of generic “market price” claims. You scan a VIN or listing, then the app pulls comparable sold/active listings, incentive eligibility, typical dealer add-ons in that region, and a realistic out-the-door target range. It generates a negotiation packet: a one-page PDF and a message script tailored to dealer type (franchise vs independent), financing choice, and trade-in. It also flags common deal traps (mandatory accessories, inflated doc fees, rate markups) and suggests specific counteroffers with numbers. This is not a magic “get 20% off” tool—often the best outcome is avoiding a bad deal or wasting time. The app focuses on speed, clarity, and documentation so users can negotiate confidently and walk away faster.
