Users upload an offer letter, recruiter emails, and key messages; the app extracts terms (start date, salary, equity, contingencies, background check, at-will clauses) and flags risky language, missing details, and inconsistencies. It then generates a short verification checklist and email templates to confirm items with HR (e.g., reporting line, remote policy, visa support, bonus triggers). The app also provides a “company reality check” workflow: confirm legal entity, cross-check recruiter identity, and detect common scam patterns. This is not a magic guarantee—companies can still rescind—but it reduces preventable surprises and scams. Monetization: $29 one-time per offer review or $8/month for ongoing job-search support.
