OfferPulse is a mobile + web AI app that values a car using actual purchase offers, not just listings. Sellers upload VIN, mileage, photos, and basic condition notes; the app then brokers instant “soft offers” from partnered dealers and car-buying services (with user consent). The valuation is shown as a confidence-banded range tied to those offers, with adjustments for condition, title issues, and local demand. Users can optionally request a paid “verified condition” check via a local inspector network to tighten the range and increase offer strength. The product is brutally practical: if you can’t generate real offers in a user’s area, it will say so and fall back to a conservative estimate rather than pretending accuracy. Monetization: lead fees from buyers, optional inspection upsell, and a seller premium report.
