Students see a single campus-wide schedule, book in two taps, join a queue for drop-in sessions, and get automatic reminders with simple “running late” and “switch to virtual” options. Staff get lightweight tools to publish availability, cap sessions, track attendance, and capture quick outcomes (topic, next step) without writing long notes. The app focuses on operational reliability: fewer missed appointments, shorter wait times, and clearer visibility into where demand exceeds capacity. It integrates with campus SSO and calendar systems so it feels official and reduces the “another app” fatigue. This is a traditional app with a small AI add-on for topic tagging and suggested resources after sessions.
