OfflineBrief

OfflineBrief is a Progressive Web App that turns messy web pages into clean, offline-readable “briefs” you can search and share. Users save any article, documentation page, or long thread; the app strips ads, popups, and cookie banners, then stores a readable snapshot with citations, key quotes, and a short summary. It works reliably on mobile and desktop, even with spotty connectivity, making it practical for commuting, travel, and low-signal workplaces. The MVP focuses on fast capture (share sheet + browser extension optional later), durable offline storage, and a simple library with tags. Monetization is straightforward: free tier with limited saves and storage; paid tier for unlimited briefs, cross-device sync, and team spaces. Realistically, the hardest part is making capture robust across diverse sites and not getting blocked by paywalls.
