OilProof

OilProof is a mobile + web app for quick-service and independent shops to create tamper-resistant “proof of service” for oil changes and filter replacements. Each job generates a time-stamped record that includes VIN decode, odometer photo, filter box/barcode scan, oil spec selection, and a short checklist signed by the tech and customer. The customer gets a shareable link and a digital service card they can keep for warranty claims, resale, and disputes. Shops get a lightweight dashboard to manage jobs, reduce comebacks, and look more credible than competitors who only print a generic receipt. This is not a consumer reminder app; it’s a trust and documentation layer that fits into existing workflows in under 60 seconds per vehicle. Monetization is per-location SaaS with optional add-ons for fleet accounts and integrations.
