OmniCount is a web + mobile inventory accuracy layer for retailers selling across POS, ecommerce, and marketplaces. Instead of trying to replace your ERP/POS, it sits on top and continuously reconciles stock by comparing expected inventory vs. what actually happened (sales, returns, cancellations, transfers, and receiving). It flags “high-risk SKUs” where oversells are likely, recommends immediate actions (cycle count, quarantine, adjust safety stock, disable a channel), and creates an auditable trail for every adjustment. Store associates use the mobile app to run fast guided cycle counts and scan exceptions; managers use the web dashboard to see accuracy by store, category, and channel. It’s realistic because it focuses on exception management and accuracy scoring—not perfect real-time truth—so teams can reduce oversells and shrink with minimal process change.
