OnCallPulse

OnCallPulse is a web + mobile app for SRE/DevOps teams that reduces alert-to-ack time during incidents. It sits between your monitoring (PagerDuty/Opsgenie/Prometheus alerts) and responders, adding time-sensitive operations: escalating based on real behavior, not static schedules. If an alert isn’t acknowledged fast enough, it automatically tries alternate channels (push, SMS, voice), pings the next-best responder based on recent activity/availability, and starts a lightweight incident room with a running timeline. It also detects “alert fatigue” patterns (e.g., repeated ignored alerts) and recommends routing changes. This is a combination traditional + AI app: traditional for deterministic escalation and auditing; AI for ranking likely responders, summarizing incident context, and generating a clean post-incident timeline. The goal is fewer outages lasting longer than they should because someone missed a notification.
