OneOnOneKit

OneOnOneKit is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that turns manager–employee 1:1s into a lightweight operating system. It provides structured agendas, shared notes, and a simple commitments tracker so action items don’t disappear into chat threads or scattered docs. The app nudges both parties before meetings, captures decisions in the moment, and follows up automatically until commitments are closed or renegotiated. It also surfaces trends without being creepy: recurring blockers, missed commitments, and topic balance (career growth vs. status vs. feedback). For leaders, it creates an audit trail of coaching and accountability that’s useful for performance cycles and reducing “I didn’t know” surprises. For employees, it makes expectations explicit and gives them a safe, consistent place to raise issues and track progress. It integrates with Google Calendar/Microsoft 365 and Slack/Teams for reminders and quick updates.
