OneOnOneOps is a mobile + web AI-assisted app that turns recurring 1:1 meetings into a practical leadership development system. It gives managers a structured agenda, prompts for coaching questions, and a lightweight log of commitments, feedback, and growth goals—without feeling like HR surveillance. After each 1:1, the app generates a concise summary, highlights risks (missed commitments, recurring blockers, morale dips), and suggests next-step coaching actions tailored to the employee’s role and seniority. It also nudges managers with weekly “micro-skill drills” (delegation, feedback, conflict, prioritization) that can be practiced in the next conversation. The app is brutally pragmatic: it focuses on behavior change and follow-through, not inspirational content. Teams can export outcomes for performance cycles, but the default is private manager notes to encourage honesty. The goal is fewer awkward 1:1s and more consistent, measurable leadership habits.
