OpRiskPulse is a web app (with optional Slack/Teams integration) that helps financial institutions spot operational risk early by turning messy internal signals into a prioritized risk queue. It ingests incident tickets, audit findings, policy exceptions, access reviews, vendor issues, and key risk indicators (KRIs), then maps them to processes, controls, and business units. An AI layer clusters similar events, flags emerging themes, drafts incident narratives, and suggests likely root causes—while keeping humans in control with approvals and audit trails. The MVP focuses on fast time-to-value: connect to a few common systems, standardize taxonomy, and produce a weekly “what’s getting worse” report with evidence links. It’s not a magic compliance button; it’s a practical operational risk triage tool that reduces blind spots and shortens time to escalation.
