OpsBottlr

OpsBottlr is an operational analytics web app (with optional mobile alerts) that pinpoints where work actually slows down across orders, tickets, production steps, or service workflows. It connects to common systems (ERP, WMS, POS, ticketing, spreadsheets) and builds a simple process timeline: arrival rate, cycle time, queue time, rework, and SLA misses by step, shift, location, and team. Instead of generic dashboards, it highlights the top 3 constraints driving late deliveries and overtime, then quantifies the cost of each constraint in dollars and hours. Users can simulate “what-if” changes (add headcount, change batching rules, adjust cutoffs) and track whether interventions improved throughput. This is not a magic autopilot—data quality and process mapping still matter—but it gives operators a clear, defensible view of where to act first and whether the fix worked.
