OpsFriction
OpsFriction is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that maps how work actually flows across tools and teams, then flags where it slows, loops, or dies. Instead of asking people to document processes (they won’t), it ingests event logs from common systems (Jira, ServiceNow, Zendesk, GitHub, Slack, Google Workspace) and builds a lightweight “process reality” view: cycle time by step, rework rates, handoff delays, and approval choke points. It also creates a weekly ops brief with the top 3 friction sources, estimated cost-of-delay, and a suggested fix (policy change, automation, ownership change, or template). This is not a full BPM suite; it’s a focused diagnostics layer for operations leaders who need fast, defensible answers. The product lives or dies on quick setup, credible metrics, and clear actions—not pretty dashboards.
