OpsNudge

OpsNudge is a web + Slack app that keeps small teams honest about recurring operational work: onboarding steps, weekly reports, invoice follow-ups, security checks, content publishing, and other “someone should do this” tasks that quietly slip. Instead of becoming another full project manager, it turns existing checklists into timed nudges with clear owners, simple proof-of-done, and an escalation path when items go stale. It integrates with Google Workspace and Jira/Trello to pull context, but the core workflow stays minimal: assign, nudge, confirm, and log. A lightweight dashboard shows what’s consistently late, who’s overloaded, and which recurring tasks are wasting time. It’s a combination traditional + AI app: AI suggests owners, due times, and detects ambiguous checklist items, but users can run it without AI if they prefer.
