For repeatable tasks (access requests, onboarding steps, purchase approvals, policy questions), OpsPilotAI triggers lightweight workflows with approvals, checklists, and audit logs. A unified knowledge base powers instant answers and deflects tickets, while admins get analytics on volume, resolution time, and bottlenecks. The product is designed to be “good enough” across functions, minimizing tool sprawl and admin overhead rather than competing with enterprise-grade depth. It integrates with Google/Microsoft, Slack/Teams, and common identity providers to keep setup simple.
