OpsPulse

OpsPulse is a web app (with optional Slack/Teams companion) for executive operations leaders who spend too much time chasing updates, aligning stakeholders, and turning meetings into action. It creates a single “operating cadence” layer across tools you already use: projects, docs, calendars, and chat. Each week it auto-generates a draft exec ops brief (priorities, risks, decisions needed, and metric deltas), then routes it to owners for quick confirmation. It also runs a lightweight decision log: every decision gets an owner, rationale, expected impact, and a follow-up date, so reversals and “who approved this?” drama drop. This is an AI + traditional app: AI drafts briefs and extracts action items, but humans approve before anything is sent. The goal isn’t more dashboards; it’s fewer status meetings and fewer surprises.
