OpsPulse

OpsPulse is a web + mobile incident coordination app for government emergency management teams that replaces scattered email threads, phone trees, and conflicting situation reports. It provides a single operational picture: incident timeline, tasks, resource requests, shelter/road status, and public messaging approvals. The AI component summarizes incoming field updates, 911/311 notes, and partner agency reports into a clean sitrep draft with confidence flags and citations, but keeps humans in control for final decisions. Offline-first mobile forms let field staff submit damage assessments and photos that sync when connectivity returns. Role-based access and audit logs support compliance and after-action reviews. This is not a “magic AI crisis predictor”; it’s a practical coordination layer that makes existing workflows faster, more consistent, and easier to brief to leadership and the public.
