OpsPulse

OpsPulse is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that lets teams build reporting dashboards for reliability and operational health without writing code. It connects to incident and alert sources (PagerDuty, Opsgenie, Jira, GitHub, Datadog, CloudWatch) and turns raw events into consistent metrics: MTTA/MTTR, incident volume by service, top recurring causes, change-failure correlation, and SLA/SLO burn summaries. Users assemble dashboards via drag-and-drop blocks, set time windows, and schedule weekly exec-ready reports as PDFs or shared links. The product focuses on “reporting dashboards,” not real-time monitoring: it standardizes definitions, deduplicates noisy events, and enforces a single source of truth for operational KPIs. It includes lightweight governance (metric definitions, owners, and audit trail) so leadership stops arguing about numbers and starts acting on them.
