OpsPulseXR is a venue-operator dashboard for location-based VR that reduces downtime and staff chaos. It connects to common LBE VR PC rigs and headsets to track session health (FPS drops, tracking loss, controller battery, network latency), auto-log incidents, and guide attendants through fast, standardized fixes. The app also manages session turnarounds: cleaning timers, headset assignment, room readiness, and automated “next group” pacing so you don’t bottleneck on one broken station. A lightweight AI layer summarizes recurring issues (e.g., one bay always overheating) and recommends maintenance checklists and parts to stock. This is not a consumer game; it’s operational software that venues pay for because it directly impacts throughput and reviews. Realistically, integrations and hardware variance are the hard part, so the MVP should focus on a narrow set of supported setups.
