OpsReplica

OpsReplica is a web + desktop app that lets engineering and IT teams recreate production incidents as “replayable environments” without cloning full infrastructure. You capture key signals (config snapshots, deployment metadata, logs, traces, feature flags, and dependency versions) and generate a runnable sandbox that mimics failure conditions for debugging, training, and postmortems. The goal is not a perfect digital twin; it’s a practical, cost-contained replica that reproduces the symptom and the path to failure. Teams can step through the incident timeline, test fixes, and document what actually worked. It integrates with common observability and CI/CD tools to auto-build a replay package after every major incident, then stores it as an internal library for onboarding and drills. Expect limitations: it won’t replicate every distributed-system edge case, but it will drastically reduce “can’t reproduce” dead-ends for the incidents that matter most.
