OptionTriage
OptionTriage is a web + mobile AI-assisted decision workspace for people who must choose with incomplete information. Users define 2–6 options, list key outcomes, and enter rough probabilities as ranges (not fake precision). The app runs quick sensitivity checks to show which assumptions actually matter, highlights where more data would change the decision, and recommends the cheapest “information buys” (calls, tests, experiments) to reduce uncertainty. It supports scenario planning (best/base/worst), simple expected value, and regret analysis, but keeps the math behind clear visuals and plain-language summaries. Teams can share a decision, comment on assumptions, and lock an “audit trail” of what was believed at the time—useful when outcomes are noisy and hindsight bias is brutal. This is not a crystal ball; it’s a structured way to stop guessing blindly and to document why you chose what you chose.
