OptiText is a mobile + web app for small businesses that rely on SMS/RCS but keep getting blocked, reported, or opted-out. It connects to your messaging provider and audits every outbound message for compliance and deliverability basics (quiet hours, frequency caps, STOP language, consent evidence, link domain reputation, and risky wording). It then enforces guardrails: throttling, smart segmentation, and “send windows” based on customer local time and engagement. For RCS-capable recipients, it nudges you to use richer templates (buttons, verified sender) while falling back cleanly to SMS. It also provides a simple consent vault: capture opt-in source, timestamp, and proof so you can respond to carrier or regulator complaints quickly.
