OrbitBrief is a mobile + web app that turns messy space-mission information into a clean, factual daily briefing. It aggregates official sources (NASA, ESA, JAXA, SpaceX updates when available, launch providers, NOTAMs, FCC filings, mission pages) and produces a timeline per mission: objectives, milestones, delays, anomalies, and what changed since yesterday. Users follow missions (Artemis, Starship tests, planetary probes, commercial launches) and get alerts only when something materially changes. It includes a “Source Ledger” that shows every claim with links and timestamps, plus a simple “What this means” explainer for non-experts. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI summarizes and flags changes, but the core value is trustworthy sourcing, not chatty speculation. Monetization: freemium with a paid tier for power alerts, custom watchlists, and exportable reports.
