OrbitBrief

OrbitBrief is a web + mobile app that turns noisy space data into a clear daily briefing: launches, satellite maneuvers, reentries, conjunction risks, and major anomalies. It pulls from public sources (NOTAMs, launch schedules, space-track style catalogs where permitted, operator statements, news wires) and summarizes what matters, who it affects, and what to watch next. Users can follow specific satellites/constellations, regions, or mission types and get alerts when something changes (delay, scrub, orbit raise, close approach, breakup). The goal isn’t pretty planetarium visuals—it’s operational awareness for people who need to stay current without reading 30 tabs. The app includes a “confidence meter” that flags rumors vs corroborated updates, and links every claim to sources. Monetization: pro tiers for higher alert limits, team workspaces, and exportable reports.
