OrbitLedger is a web app (with optional mobile companion) for small-to-mid space companies to manage the messy commercial side of missions: quotes, contracts, milestone payments, export-control flags, delivery schedules, and vendor performance. It’s not “space ERP” fantasy—just a focused system that replaces spreadsheets and email threads for payload integration, launch services, and on-orbit services. Users can create deal rooms per mission, attach SOWs, track change orders, and maintain a single source of truth for what was promised vs. what was delivered. An AI layer extracts key terms from PDFs (pricing, milestones, penalties, ITAR/EAR language) and alerts teams when a clause or date creates risk. The app also produces investor/board-ready reporting: burn vs. contracted revenue, milestone slippage, and supplier lead-time exposure. It’s built for teams that can’t afford heavyweight enterprise tools.
