Orchstrum

Orchstrum is a web app (with optional Slack/Teams companion) for orchestrating multi-partner ecosystem operations: onboarding, co-selling, support handoffs, and compliance tasks across companies. Instead of trying to replace CRMs/PRMs, it sits on top as a lightweight workflow layer that connects to Salesforce, HubSpot, Jira, Zendesk, and shared inboxes. You model a “partner play” as a checklist + SLA + owners across organizations, then Orchstrum tracks status, escalations, and evidence (docs, approvals, security attestations). It provides a single timeline per deal/initiative, automatic nudges, and an audit trail that’s actually usable during QBRs and renewals. It’s a combination traditional + AI app: AI extracts tasks and owners from emails/notes, flags stalled steps, and drafts partner-facing updates, but humans remain in control. The goal is fewer dropped handoffs and faster time-to-revenue with partners.
