OrderDigest is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that converts messy court orders and minute entries into a structured compliance checklist with deadlines, responsible parties, and evidence requirements. Users upload a PDF or paste text; the app extracts obligations (e.g., “produce documents,” “meet and confer,” “file by X date”), flags ambiguities, and generates a shared task board plus calendar holds. It also stores proof-of-compliance artifacts (filings, emails, declarations) in a matter timeline so teams can quickly show what was done and when. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI handles extraction/summarization and risk flags, while the workflow is standard task/case management. Realistically, it won’t replace a docketing system; it complements them by focusing on the hardest part—interpreting orders accurately and operationalizing them without missed deadlines.
