OrderPulse

OrderPulse is a web app (with optional mobile companion) for small-to-mid importers and distributors who constantly chase suppliers for ETAs, partial shipments, and document status. It centralizes purchase orders, supplier confirmations, production milestones, and shipment events into one timeline per order, then flags risk early (late production start, missing packing list, repeated schedule slips, port congestion signals). It’s a combination traditional + AI app: traditional workflows for PO intake and milestone tracking, plus AI to read messy supplier emails/PDFs and auto-update order status, extract dates, quantities, and exceptions. The goal is not “perfect visibility” (unrealistic without carrier integrations everywhere) but fewer surprises and faster escalation. It also generates a weekly “at-risk orders” report and a supplier scorecard based on on-time performance and responsiveness.
