OrderShield is a web + mobile app for restaurants that reduces delivery/takeout losses from chargebacks, “never arrived” claims, and wrong-order disputes. It plugs into your POS and delivery platforms, then generates lightweight proof-of-fulfillment: pickup PINs/QR codes, driver handoff confirmation, item photo checklists, and timestamped packaging seals. When a customer reports an issue, OrderShield routes it into a single inbox with suggested resolutions and evidence bundles you can submit to processors/platforms. It’s not magic—some disputes will still be lost—but it makes fraud and sloppy handoffs harder and speeds up legitimate refunds so reviews don’t spiral. The product is built for operators who are tired of bleeding margin on delivery while still needing delivery to compete.
