The product is an AI + traditional app: AI helps summarize, classify, and detect semantic conflicts; deterministic rules handle boundary logic, citations, and audit trails. Staff get a “conflict brief” with citations, impacted agencies, and suggested coordination steps, plus a lightweight workflow to request review from partner jurisdictions. This is not a public engagement toy; it’s a back-office risk-reduction tool aimed at preventing expensive rework, political blowups, and litigation caused by uncoordinated metro governance.
