OrgChartOps

OrgChartOps is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that keeps governance structures accurate and auditable across fast-changing organizations. It centralizes committees, decision rights, RACI/DRI ownership, approval thresholds, and escalation paths, then ties them to real people and systems (HRIS, identity provider, ticketing). The app detects drift: vacant roles, expired delegations, conflicting approval chains, and “shadow” committees that still approve spend. It produces board-ready governance snapshots and an audit trail of who changed what and why. This is not a strategy tool; it’s operational hygiene for governance. The MVP focuses on one painful job: maintaining a living decision-rights map that survives reorganizations, M&A, and turnover without becoming a stale slide deck.
