OrgPulse

OrgPulse is a web app (with optional Slack/Teams integration) that helps leaders pressure-test organizational design using real operating signals, not just boxes on a chart. It ingests lightweight inputs—team charters, meeting load, decision ownership (RACI), handoff points, and key workflow metrics—and generates a “friction map” showing where work stalls, decisions bounce, or managers are overloaded. It then suggests a small set of restructuring options (merge/split teams, redefine interfaces, adjust spans, clarify decision rights) and simulates likely impacts on cycle time and coordination cost. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI summarizes messy docs and proposes options, while deterministic rules and dashboards keep it auditable. It’s built for companies that can’t afford months-long consulting engagements but still need defensible org changes.
