OrthoMeasure

OrthoMeasure is a web + desktop AI app that automatically extracts orthopedic measurements from plain radiographs (and optionally CT scout views): angles, lengths, joint space, mechanical axis, limb-length discrepancy, and common fracture displacement metrics. It generates a structured report with annotated overlays that can be exported back into the PACS as DICOM Secondary Capture and into the EHR as a PDF/text snippet. The goal is not to “diagnose,” but to eliminate repetitive measuring and reduce inter-reader variability for ortho clinics and radiology groups. Realistically, the hardest part is workflow integration and regulatory/quality expectations—so the MVP focuses on a narrow set of high-volume measurements (e.g., knee alignment, hip angles, ankle mortise, distal radius) and provides confidence flags plus manual correction tools. It also tracks measurement trends over time for follow-up visits and pre/post-op comparisons.
