OutageLedger

OutageLedger is a web app (with a lightweight desktop agent) that continuously measures real user-like connectivity from your sites and cloud regions, then turns incidents into audit-ready evidence. It correlates packet loss, latency, DNS failures, BGP route changes, and ISP-level anomalies into a single “who broke what, when” timeline. The product’s core value is not another dashboard—it’s automated postmortems and SLA/contract claim packets: graphs, raw logs, traceroutes, and a plain-English summary you can send to an ISP, cloud provider, or internal network team. It also tracks chronic “brownouts” (intermittent degradation) that most tools ignore, and quantifies business impact by mapping reliability to key endpoints (VPN, VoIP, POS, ERP). This is a combination traditional + AI app: traditional measurement plus AI-generated incident narratives and recommended next tests.
