OutageLedger
OutageLedger is a web + mobile app (with an optional lightweight desktop agent) that continuously monitors real-world internet connectivity from homes and small offices and turns it into “proof-grade” outage records. It runs periodic checks (DNS, HTTP, latency, packet loss) and correlates them with router uptime and modem signal stats when available. When an outage happens, it automatically timestamps the event, captures diagnostics, and generates a clean report you can send to an ISP, landlord, or property manager. For teams, it aggregates multiple locations into a simple dashboard to spot neighborhood-level issues and recurring patterns. This is not a magic fix for bad infrastructure; it’s a documentation and accountability tool that reduces endless support calls and helps users negotiate credits, justify switching providers, or validate that internal Wi‑Fi isn’t the culprit.
