OutageProof Ops

OutageProof Ops is a web app (with optional mobile companion) for distribution utility operations teams to triage outages faster and more consistently. It ingests OMS/SCADA/AMI event feeds, weather alerts, and crew status, then generates a ranked list of likely fault locations, recommended switching steps, and safety checks based on your own standard operating procedures. This is a combination traditional + AI app: traditional rules/workflows enforce compliance and auditability, while AI summarizes event timelines, flags anomalies, and drafts operator notes for after-action reports. The MVP focuses on being a “decision support layer” rather than replacing existing OMS/ADMS, because utilities won’t rip-and-replace. Expect long sales cycles and heavy integration work; the product only wins if it reduces restoration time measurably and survives cybersecurity reviews.
