OutagePulse is a web + mobile app that helps enterprises and MSPs detect, validate, and document telecom/carrier outages in minutes instead of hours. It collects lightweight device telemetry (DNS reachability, packet loss, latency, BGP/ASN hints, SIM/carrier identifiers) from opted-in endpoints and correlates it with public signals (BGP updates, status pages, social chatter) to produce an “evidence pack” for carrier tickets and SLA credits. The product focuses on multi-carrier environments where blame-shifting is constant: SD-WAN sites, retail chains, call centers, and IoT fleets. The dashboard shows outage scope, affected carriers/regions, time-to-detect, and time-to-recover, plus automated ticket templates with timestamps and measurements. This is not a magical fix for outages; it’s a practical tool to shorten triage, reduce downtime costs, and increase the odds of getting credits from carriers.
