OutageScribe is a web app (with optional desktop uploader) that helps nuclear plant teams convert messy event timelines, operator logs, work orders, and instrument snapshots into consistent, audit-ready outage and event documentation. It’s a combination traditional + AI app: AI drafts narratives, flags missing fields, and maps evidence to standard sections (e.g., cause, corrective actions, human performance, procedure adherence), while users keep full control with strict review workflows. The product focuses on the unglamorous reality: documentation is slow, error-prone, and high-stakes, and most plants still stitch it together in Word/Excel under deadline pressure. OutageScribe doesn’t pretend to “run the plant.” It reduces rework, improves traceability, and shortens the time from event to finalized internal and regulatory packages by organizing sources, enforcing templates, and maintaining a defensible change history.
