OutTheDoor is a mobile + web app (traditional + AI) that helps new-car shoppers get a true, comparable “out-the-door” price—taxes, fees, add-ons, financing costs—without wasting hours at dealerships. Users pick a model/trim, enter ZIP code, trade-in basics, and financing preferences, then request standardized quotes from participating dealers or via email templates to any dealer. The app parses returned quotes (PDFs, emails, screenshots) to normalize line items, flags junk fees, and highlights missing fields. It then ranks offers by real all-in cost and shows a clean apples-to-apples comparison, including estimated monthly payment with transparent assumptions. It also generates a counteroffer message and a checklist of what to confirm before signing. Reality check: dealers won’t always cooperate, so the product is designed to work even when only a few quotes come back—by making those quotes actually comparable and hard to game.
