It connects to Airbnb/VRBO/Booking.com plus PMS tools (where permitted) and pulls reservations, payouts, fees, taxes, and owner statements into a single “truth” dashboard. The app flags anomalies like missing nights, suspicious fee spikes, occupancy that lags comp sets, and maintenance charges that don’t match work orders. It also provides a clean owner-ready monthly report and an audit trail of documents, invoices, and approvals. This is a combination traditional + AI app: traditional integrations and accounting logic, with AI used to categorize line items, detect outliers, and summarize “what changed this month” in plain language. It’s not a booking marketplace; it’s oversight and accountability for high-value assets.
