OwnrMap

OwnrMap is a web app for tracking accountable ownership across systems, databases, cloud resources, and third‑party services. It creates a single source of truth for “who owns what,” including primary and backup owners, on-call rotation links, escalation paths, and required review dates. OwnrMap continuously syncs asset inventories from cloud accounts and common tools, then flags orphaned assets, stale ownership, and missing metadata before they become audit findings or production incidents. Teams can define ownership policies (e.g., every production database must have two owners and a data steward) and get automated reminders and Slack/Jira nudges to fix gaps. A lightweight “ownership certificate” report provides auditors and security teams with evidence of control, including change history and attestation logs. Built for fast adoption, it supports SSO, role-based access, and simple tagging so engineering teams don’t treat it like extra paperwork.
