PaceMarshal

PaceMarshal is a mobile + web app for golf course operators to reduce slow play using lightweight, privacy-safe pace tracking and automated nudges. Instead of expensive cart GPS systems, it uses geofenced checkpoints (tees/greens) and optional QR taps by players or rangers to log progress. The system predicts bottlenecks, alerts staff when a group is falling behind, and suggests specific actions (send ranger, offer skip-ahead, hold a tee time, comp a drink). Players get simple “pace status” feedback and pre-written, polite prompts to speed up—no shaming. Courses get a dashboard showing pace by hole, time of day, and tee-sheet spacing, plus a weekly report with recommended tee-time intervals and starter scripts. This is not a swing-coach toy; it’s an operations tool aimed at protecting revenue, reviews, and repeat rounds.
