PaceMarshal
PaceMarshal is a mobile + web app for golf course operators to detect and reduce slow play in real time. Staff use a simple map view to see group spacing, hole-by-hole pace vs. target, and “at-risk” alerts. Data can come from optional GPS pucks in carts, existing cart GPS integrations where available, or a lightweight ranger check-in flow (tap group position when you pass them). The app suggests the next best action—friendly warning script, when to ask a group to pick up, or when to send a ranger—based on course rules and current congestion. After the round, it generates a pace report: bottleneck holes, tee-time spacing recommendations, and staffing impact. This is not glamorous; it’s operational plumbing. But courses lose real money and reviews to slow rounds, and most tools are either expensive, hardware-heavy, or buried inside POS systems.
